Dr.Sanjeev Kumar Gupta obtained his doctorate (Biotechnology) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, Uttranchal, India and postdoctoral training at Department of Biochemistry, Oxford University, Oxford, UK. His work on C1q molecule was awarded by American Association of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology, USA. He has practical and research experience in the areas of biochemistry, immunology and protein chemistry. He has published over 200 articles in various continuing medical education magazines, research papers in peer reviewed journals, chapters in books and 2 books. His career in QA activities spans over 12 years in different healthcare industries including medical devices. He has been training Indian Drug Regulators on quality aspects of In-Vitro Medical Devices.

Head, QC

Mr. Pradeep Joshi obtained his Master’s in Biochemistry from the Pune University. He is responsible for the quality control programmes at YBL including analysis of various antigens and antibodies.

Head, Administration & Accounts:

Mr. Prahlad Bhanushali is a commerce graduate and is responsible for handling accounts and administration activities at the company.

Head-Purchase:

Lakshminaraynan M.S. is a commerce graduate and he is currently pursuing Master’s in Business Management. He has industrial experience of almost ten years in the areas of procurement, logistics and marketing. He has successfully established the effective logistics program for timely deliveries of YBL products.

Head, Maintenance

Shrikant Nadpurohit is BE electricals and has enormous experience in maintenance of equipments, machineries and electrical systems.

Head, Cell Culture

Mr. M. Nageswar Reddy obtained Master’s in Biochemistry from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He has cross functional experience of 10 years in managing research activities, coordinating with the project teams and enhancing process operations. His major research experience has been in the areas of cell culture, Immunology and assay development.
