Recombinant Streptolysin O (SLO) Glutaraldehyde Stabilized with amino acid

Description

NAME Recombinant Streptolysin O (SLO) Glutaraldehyde Stabilized with amino acid
Source
Expressed in E.coli
Description
Streptolysin is a streptococcal hemolytic exotoxin and is divided into two types Streptolysin O (SLO) and Streptolysin S. It shows a high enzymatic/hemolytic activity. YBL manufactures normal and stabilized SLO. The stabilization is done with Glutaraldehyde which produces free amino group for coupling reactions with latex particles. SLO is used to analyze the transport of toxins with intracellular targets and growth factors into the cytosol.
