Ms.Prachi

Ms. Prerana Rathod serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Yashraj Biotechnology Limited. She is focused on driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of customers worldwide.

Since joining the organization in November 2004 as a Junior Executive in the R&D – Native Antigens team, she has been instrumental in the company's growth, advancing through key leadership roles across Research & Development and Production. She holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Department of Biotechnology, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, India.  

With over two decades of experience in the biotechnology industry, she brings extensive expertise in downstream protein purification, process optimization, technology transfer, and operational management.  

She is recognized for her discipline, strong execution capabilities, and unwavering dedication to organizational excellence.
