Ms. Prachi Ghogle

Ms. Prachi Ghogle brings with her over 18 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management across diverse industries including healthcare, life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, financial services and consulting.

In her most recent role as Head – HR at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd., Prachi successfully led a team of HR professionals, driving end-to-end HR strategies, employee relations, HR process automation, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives. She has also played a key role in strategic projects involving automation, compliance, and HRIS implementation.

Her career journey includes leadership positions at BioGenomics Limited, Infinium Precious Resources, BDO Consulting and Amogh Software Solutions, where she demonstrated strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR policy design, organizational development and statutory compliance.

Prachi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre, Pune, and an Executive Programme in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI. She has also completed advanced academic programs in Pharmaceutical Business Management and Biotechnology, alongside a B.Sc. in Chemistry

On the personal front, Prachi is married and has a 11-year-old daughter. She enjoys reading, painting and is a fitness enthusiast, reflecting her balanced and holistic approach to life
