Researchers at Yashraj Biotechnology Ltd. successfully generated a human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a healthy donor using integration-free Sendai virus technology. The developed iPSC line (YBLi004-A) was thoroughly characterized for pluripotency marker expression, genetic stability, and its ability to differentiate into the three germ layers. This validated cell line serves as a valuable healthy control resource for disease modeling, drug toxicity testing, and efficacy studies in stem cell research.
