This research article describes a simplified and scalable approach for the in-vitro production and purification of Cancer Antigen 15-3 (CA15-3) from the T47-D breast cancer cell line, an important biomarker used in breast cancer monitoring and prognosis. The study achieved high recovery and purification efficiency, supporting the development of a reliable source of CA15-3 for research and diagnostic use.

The purified CA15-3 was further validated using immunoblotting, ELISA, CLIA, and FTIR analysis, confirming its purity, structural similarity, and functional relevance compared with commercially available reference material. This work highlights the potential of the method for large-scale production of high-purity CA15-3 for clinical and diagnostic applications.
